How to create a success blog

Hello everyone, we start to build our blog after two weeks of lectures. I will talk about three aspects in my first blog, such as building blogs’ purpose, creating useful posts, and obtaining readerships.

The purpose of creating this blog is to share the knowledge and information, which I have learned from the field of Web2.0 and Enterprise 2.0 in INN(B)346. It will include some components and my personal opinions and insights about some excellent blogs, which relate to this unit learning area. What’s more, I will also share some technical solutions, which I have learned from Enterprise 2.0. In addition, I would like to introduce my blog, which discusses my understanding about Enterprise 2.0 with readers, and at the same time I also will give some comments to the others’ blogs.

In my mind, creating useful posts is not easy work. We should do a lot of searching, and provide the accurate and various kinds of information for readers. Even though I am not an expert on Enterprise 2.0, I must ensure that the information from my blog is accurate. Also, the hot topic about Web 2.0 and Enterprise 2.0 should be discussed in my blog, so that it will attract more people participating in the conversation, and help them to solve the problems.

To obtain the readers, the first strategy that appears in my mind is giving comments to our classmates’ posts, and getting the cooperation between classmates. It is obviously not an effective method for obtaining readerships. Therefore, I have done some further research for obtaining much more readers. I have obtained a good post from Darren Rowse. The name of the post is 19(More) Strategies for Finding Readers. I learnt some strategies about the obtaining readership. First of all, it is true that blogging for beginners who need the time to extend the readers’ group and a good content will attracts many readers. Moreover, joining in the others’ conversation is much better than just comments. The meaningless comments should be avoided, such as just a ‘hi’. Meaningless comments can’t help the bloggers to increase the reputation, and some bloggers probably delete these kinds of comments. What’s more, we also can links others blogs. This is a great way to obtain readerships. Because of participation in the conversation between the different link blogs, you will get the readers’ attention, and then you can obtain much more readers.

Thank you for your reading! I have no experience in building a blog, there may be some problems. Welcome to discuss and give any advice about my blog.
See you on Wednesday!

There are 15,500,000- Estimated Unique Monthly Visitors. A lot of intersting society topics and many different kinds of comments there. You can find many interesting ideas from the comments.
